Refund and Cancellation Policy

Bus360 products are offered on a SAAS (Software as a service model). Payments for usages are to be done and advanced and customers can cancel orders anytime during the license period. Refunds will be done on a pro rata basis within one week of cancellation of the order.

Shipping and delivery

BUS360 explicitly declares that there is no concept of shipping and delivery of products and services since the company does not manufacture any products. Product license keys will be mailed to customers on confirmation of the order.
